Sea salt and table salt mainly have difference between their texture, taste and processing.

Sea salt is produced through the evaporation of the oceanwater or sea water lakes with some of the processes on it. As per the source of water, the leaves behind certain trace minerals and elements. The remained minerals add up the flavor and colour to the salt, which also comes in a variety of coarseness (roughness) levels.

The table salts are generally mined from the underground salt deposits. Table salt is more heavily processed to eliminate minerals and usually contains an addictive to prevent clumping of them. The most of the table salt has added iodine, an essential nutrient that helps to maintain a healthy thyroid.

Both the salts have basically same have  nutritional value. But the sea salt is often promoted to be more healthier.
