Taking such a bath before sleep would led you a better sleep than tossing and turning all the night and trying to fall asleep.

Take the bath before 1 to 2 hours before going to the bed. 10 minutes bath can significantly can improve your sleep.

The reason behind it is our  body temperature is not constant for all the 24 hours. It is little bit high during the morning and evening. To cool it down for a better sleep, we need to take a warm bath.

Due to it, our blood flows on a large amount with the heat in it, especially from hands and feet. It causes the loss of heat from our body and cools it down and provides you a quality sleep.

So take a warm shower before sleep if you are not getting sleep, try it, it works.
