Why the cow's milk is white in colour?

Usually drinking milk you don't wonder, why the milk is white in colour? What causes the white colour of the milk? 

Let's know, 

Cow's milk provides a range of nutrients for human. Although intolerance to lactose which is a difficult sugar to digest –  is a common malady.

Milk consists of about 5 percent lactose, 3.7 percent fats and 3.5 percent proteins. Casein which is calcium rich which is far by the most common protein. The colour of the bovine juice is because of the combination of casein and certain fats. 

The white colour of the milk is because all the wavelengths of the visible light being reflected into eyes. Casein and certain fats reflects wide ranges of wavelengths, causing milk to appear white.
