The rubber is white in colour than why the tyres which are made by rubber are black, have you wandered it, not, then keep reading,

Let's know,

The very first tyres are created from the bands of iron placed on wooden wheels of wagons and carts. The first rubber tyres were invented in 1895 but this tyres are made up only with rubber and thus had a white colour. This tyres are not so durable, in fact they also get melted after sometime.

However, the main reason for the black tyres used today, is the chemical compound ‘Carbon black’. Which causes the black colour of the tyres.

It is combined  with other polymers to create a thread compound of tyre. The carbon black increases the strength and durability of the tyres.

The black tyres not only increases the strength and durability, they also largely affect the safety of driving. This stronger and long lasting tyres gives a reliable drive.

When it comes to looks, the black tyres seems dull, but are more durable and stronger than the white and the multicolored ones.
