Why do fog comes out from the mouth in winter?

In cold days, fog comes out of our mouth. But why do we see this fog only in cold days? Why does it comes out of our mouth?

Let's know,

Our lungs help us to inhale and exhale gases. They are always moist and warm. While brushing, we inhale oxygen rich air and exhale carbon dioxide rich air.

However, as the lungs are moist and warm, the exhaled air is warm and has more moisture in the form of water vapor.

In cold days, this warm and moist exhaled air comes in contact with the cool air, the moisture present in this exhaled air condenses to form tiny water droplets. This happens only if it is cold.

Thus, we can see these tiny water droplets in the form of fog in our breath.
